Mr. Arthur Charles Allen of Harper passed away on Friday, July 2nd in the Austin Christopher House at the age of 79 years.

Mr. Arthur Charles Allen is survived by his wife: Donene Werner Allen of Harper Two Daughters and spouses: Phillis and Jerry Wolters of Harper Nellie and Ron Frisbee of Harper Two Grandchildren: Jacob Frisbee and Nickolas Frisbee both of Harper

The body will lie in state in the Harper Presbyterian Church on Tuesday, July 6th from 1:30 till 2:30 P.M. with Funeral Services at 2:30 P.M. with the Rev.’s Jim Barker and Laurie Barker officiating.

Graveside services and interment will follow in the Harper Community Cemetery.
